Omaha Insurance Services is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with individual clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with personalized insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop customized insurance quotes for auto, home, and other personal lines of insurance.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current insurance products and market trends.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active or attainable state insurance producer license (e.g., Property & Casualty)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for building relationships
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
